Common questions
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I ship worldwide, to check if I ship to your country and its price, use the shipping calculator in the configurator.
How does ordering and payment work?
When you place an order, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email and I'll get notified to review the build. Once reviewed, I'll send a Revolut payment link. You can pay with Revolut Pay, credit or debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or by bank transfer. If anything needs changing before payment, just let me know and it can still be adjusted.
Can I order a custom layout or module combination?
Yes. Use the configurator to design your build, share the link, and send it with your order message. If you want something not currently in the configurator, join the Discord and post a feature request!
What if something goes wrong after I receive it?
Get in touch. If it's a manufacturing defect, I'll sort it out. Otherwise, you will be able to order replacements parts and should be able to fix it yourself.
Is the project open source?
The firmware, the firmware updater software, the enclosure and module CAD, and the PCB are all published, so you can build a box yourself from scratch. The configurator and this website are the part I keep closed. See The Project page for links to every repository and design file.
Can I buy just the PCB or individual parts?
Yes. The store lists the PCB, the JST connector packs, and every module, each priced individually. Add what you need to your cart and check out to buy a single part for a repair or upgrade.
Can I add modules later or reconfigure the box?
Yes. Modules are designed to be swapped. If you want to replace one slot with a different module type later, that is absolutely possible!
What sims does it work with?
Anything that supports USB HID joystick input, including DCS, MSFS, X-Plane, IL-2, iRacing, Assetto Corsa, and essentially every other sim. If your sim has a controls binding screen, the box will show up there.
