What is SIMINPUT
SIMINPUT is a simple modular system: six slots, and modules that swap in a five minute process whenever your setup changes. The whole design is open, so if the module you want doesn't exist, you can build it. And if you'd rather not build anything at all, I'll assemble your box for you.

Firmware, enclosure CAD, and the PCB are all public, built on standard GPIO with no proprietary protocol. Design a new module, wire in your own parts, or change how the box behaves, then share it with everyone else building.

Module Types
Six module types to choose from. Each module is 3×6 cm and snaps into any slot.
Rotary Switch
€6 / €5Available as a two-slot 8-position module (€6) or a 5-position single slot variant (€5). Includes a customizable label for each position.
Gear / Hook Lever
€6Custom built physical gear or hook lever with secure pulling action.
Dual-Position Module
€6Two independent positions with 4 included customizable labels each. Configurable as a switch, rotary encoder, or tactile button.
Guarded Switch
€6A 2-way toggle switch under a red flip cover. Includes three customizable labels, one at the top, and two for each switch position.
Key Module
€4Three mechanical square keys. Smooth action and a clear stop.
Blank Cover
€1Fill unused slots cleanly. Keeps the box looking finished even if you don't need all six slots.
